The Old Forge Library, 220 Crosby Blvd., will be ringing in 2025 in a glowing way with drop-in Glow Crafts leading up to a "Noon" Year's Eve Party! Crafts are on tap on the following dates between Christmas and New Years from 11am -1 pm:
Thursday, 12/26 – Glow Rock Painting
Friday, 12/27 – Glowing Fuse (Perler) Beads
Saturday, 12/28 – Bracelet beading, shirts & hats
We are closed Sunday, December 29.
Monday, 12/30 - Glow Art Painting
Drop-in crafts are fun for all ages. All materials to complete the crafts are provided free of charge. They are designed to take advantage of the new blacklights the library will be testing for it's fist ever glow party! On Tuesday December 31 community members and visitors of all ages are invited to a "Noon" Year's Eve Glow Party to be held from 11am - 1 pm. The get-together will feature a Ball Drop, Balloon Drop and Sparkling Soda toast at Noon (of course!) and be followed by snacks, black lights, glow
sticks, and dancing to music by the library's favorite DJ, Jerry Dee!
As always, library events are free and open to all.
